Christmas Breakfast at Nanny & Papa Lovinggood's

Every Christmas morning we go to Brannon's grandparents for breakfast and presents. I look forward to this every year!! His grandmother cooks this huge breakfast and it's absolutely delicious!! After we eat we let the kids open presents. It's total chaos........there's wrapping paper flying all over the place and the kids are screaming left and right. It's so fun to watch!!

Santa came!!

I always loved Christmas morning as a child and now that I have a child of my own, I love it even more. There's nothing better than watching the excitement on your child's face when they see what Santa brought them. Brannon laughs at me because I cry every year but I just can't help it. I'm really tender hearted when it comes to my child!!

I always love how overwhelmed she is. She never knows what to go to first! So excited about her new Rebecca doll

Christmas with Nana

We went over to my sis-in-law Brandi's house on Christmas Eve to celebrate with Brannon's mom. We all came in our pajamas. It was so nice not having to get up and get dressed!! The kids were spoiled rotten yet again by their Nana. I don't know many 7 year olds that get flat screen TV's for Christmas!! Thank you Nana!!

My adorable nephew Barrett. Love that face!!

The first of many Christmas gatherings.................

We have so many family gatherings for Christmas it's not even funny. We enjoy every minute of it though! We started off this year with Brannon's Dad and stepmom. The kids don't get to see each other as often as they'd like so they really enjoyed getting to spend time together. Brannon's Dad and Stepmom spoiled the kids rotten as usual!! The girls all got new American Girl dolls. They all screamed when they opened them.

Our Gingerbread House

My mom bought McKenna this kit to make her own Gingerbread House. Me being the awful OCD mom, completely took it over. McKenna was fascinated at how good I was doing that she didn't complain about not getting to help. I felt awful but hey......it turned out really cute!!

A few pictures from Thanksgiving

We went to my Aunt Connie's for Thanksgiving this year. My sister and my cousin Zac were both able to come up from Florida. We played Catch Phrase for hours and had an absolute blast. My whole family is super competitive so the game got pretty interesting!
